What We Do

We design buildings and associated infrastructure. Nothing else.
Designing buildings involves set stages and each stage requires the co-operation of different disciplines to be successful.

These stages are;

• Feasibility & concept design
• Planning Consent
• Building Regulation Consent, involve Construction detailing, Structural design and Civil Design
• Tendering and procurement
• Construction and Contract Administration

Keystone Design Associates are able to provide all the necessary services for each of these stages of developemnt and aims to provide an integrate package of services to a prospective client, though we will equally be pleased to provide stand alone services if desired.

The experience of our staff includes both public and private sector environments. We have gained particular expertise in residential development and design and build sector. Our in house style is of building design is a fusion of  traditional architecture and contemporary design.

We have worked extensively with local historic buildings and have developed a thorough knowledge of their construction and idiosyncrasies There is an extensive office knowledge of the local geology and extensive CAD modeling sytem that is fully BIm compliant to stage 3.
