Expected Pay: Upto 50,000 GBP per year depending on experience
Qualifications: B.Sc (Hons) in Building Surveying or any accredited RICS course, Masters preferred.
Job description:
-We are looking for a full time Building Surveyor who has experience in drafting softwares, primarily CAD, occasionally 3D modelling and MS Office suite . Training will be provided.
– This position will require the applicant to learn and develop their existing skill set to complete existing drawings to support the design team, as well as complete supporting documents for both planning and building regulation applications.
-Dealing with clients and builders on call or site under supervision.
-You will have the knowledge of site surveying, training will also be provided. Mileage for site visits will be paid for.
-You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from residential projects to commercial and industrial developments. The position is essentially office-based, however, the hours can be flexible to accommodate your needs.
