KDA was initially asked to assess a hotel that previously stood on the site. Unfortunately this was beyond salvage and could not be converted. The hotel was demolished and planning permission sort to erect a contemporary designed block of apartements.
The project presented several issues in respect of party wall and close proximity of a sensitive neighbouring property.
